Harpal Sandhu (Coach Harp), is the founder and CEO of the Coach Harp Organization. He is a recognized sports influencer and is dedicated to helping former professional and amateur athletes transition into leadership and business roles.

Prior to founding The Coach Harp Organization, Harpal worked in both Airside Operations and Cargo Marketing for Air Canada. Harpal currently serves as the Director of Football Development for the CAP Corporation. He also founded South Asian Sports Development Association (SASDA), and is a part of the Administration Lead Team for the Calgary Chapter of The Kids Play Foundation.
